Shipping
- All orders are shipped from Spain.
- Orders within Spain usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping within Spain is free on orders over €75.
- Orders within the European Union usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
- We currently ship to Spain and the European Union only.
- Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees, which are paid by the customer.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.
- When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
- During busy periods or due to carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.
Returns & exchanges
- You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number.
- Once we receive and check the item, your refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
