Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to return: email us at ortezclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of letting us know.

Condition: please return items unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Return shipping: the cost of sending the items back is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds: we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may hold the refund until we have received the items back. The original standard shipping cost is refunded when you return your whole order.

Faulty or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
